BBC Three's programme gives me fresh inspiration... yes again.
that's the problem with losing weight... getting motivated. I mean sure, its easy to get motivated when watching a programme at 5:09am tired and depressed. But you get motivated, make a plan, feel up for it ready to get down. But then it's time to get up.. the plan will start on Monday HA. Yeah right. Stop making excuses and get down to it girl!
But we shall see, after playing on the Wii for 2hours... beliving that will help it really is time to get started....
After of course a little nap... well sleep in till Midday more like... or not.. Who am I kidding Goodnight world. Well Goodmorning normal British people.
This girl's off for a nap (after some gaming on facebook...) No, no more gaming. Sleep, Drink...mm WKd... NO! Drink WATER! .. meh fine. and Exercise.... or walk... just go shopping..or how about I sleep all day? *sigh* Wow arguing with yourself story of the dieters life right?
